Georgia Power Operating Headquarters - Exit I-20 onto Bobby Jones Expressway (I-520) to the South.  Continue to the Fort Gordon Hwy (US - 278) and exit to the East, (exit # 3B) toward Augusta.  The first traffic light on Fort Gordon Hwy is North Leg Road.  Turn left onto North Leg Road, and Georgia Power Company is on the left at 2103 North Leg Road.
