Wendell retired from Georgia Power after 34 years of service.  He participated in the development and implementation of the Power Quality program for the utility.  
His responsibilities included training, trouble shooting industrial and commercial power problems, and applications of Uninterruptible Power Systems and Surge Protection
Devices.  Mr. Carter served on the IEEE P-1100 committee, which publishes the recommended "Practice for Powering  and Grounding Electronic Equipment."  He is a registered Electrical Engineer with the State of Georgia.
